挖矿交易的产生

这里仅针对 Coinbase.

参考其数据结构，包含属性：

• Extra_map
• Version
• Unlock_Time
• Vin
• Vout
• Extra
• RctSignature

这是一次简单版本的“转账”，只有接收方，没有发送方。

交易元数据。

Extra_map，交易公钥公开记录.

Vout，输出只有一次性地址及交易金额（不需要隐藏）；

RctSignature，签名数据为空。

Vin，输入只有高度信息，没有 KeyImage，也不需要混淆来源。

交易公私钥、混淆地址这块，完全符合 CryptoNote-whitepaper 里 Standard transaction structure 的描述。
